It was a great evening for American power forward Nathan Knight (208-1997, college: William & Mary) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Filipino Kevin Quiambao (193-2001) helped adding 19 points and 9 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 11 rebounds and the former international center Daniel Edi (189-2007) scored 11 points and 5 rebounds. Knights' coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.

KCC Egis - Wonju DB 98-89

Egis dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Wonju DB's 32. Egis players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists. It was an exceptional evening for the former international Joon-Young Choi (200-1994) who led the winners and scored 29 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. The former international forward Kyochang Kyo-Chang (200-1996) accounted for 15 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side. Egis' coach Chang-Jin Chun allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American guard Ethan Alvano (185-1996, college: CSUSM) came up with 19 points and 9 assists and the other American import center Henry Ellenson (208-1997, college: Marquette) added 21 points respectively for Wonju DB in the defeat. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures.
